i). Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery
a). PRIVATE PROPERTY DAMAGER WAIVER: Lane Forest Products, Inc. is not resplonsible for any damage to the customers property when delivery is made as per customer instructions beyond the curb line. In addition, the customer agrees to pay any truck towing expense incurred if we are asked to dump in a location our driver determines to be unacceptable. b). DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: Lane Forest Products, Inc. relies solely upon delivery instructions provided by the customer and makes every reasonable effort to make the delivery within the window of time requested. c). QUANTITY: Lane Forest Products, Inc. guarantees the delivery of the full amount of the materials shown on the delivery ticket. Receipted delivery ticket shall be binding upon the customer, unless disputed within twenty-four (24) hours after delivery and shall be a basis for billing. d). PUBLIC LIABILITY: Customer hereby agrees to hold Lane Forest Products, Inc. harmless from any and all liability to the public and customer's employees and subcontractors for any injury or damages caused or contributed to by the merchandise being placed in any particular location, and further agrees to accept fulll responsibility of erecting protective and warning devices. This paragraph shall become effective at the time the material is placed on the delivery site. e). TERMS: All approved credit accounts are due NET 10th of the month following the date of purchase. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% (one and one half percent) interest per month (18% per annum). Customer hereby agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and other costs incurred at collection. f). WARRANTIES: Lane Forest Products, Inc. has not made and does not make any other warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with this delivery, and there are no conditions, agreements, representations, or obligations between the parties which are not expressed herein. Lane Forest Products, Inc. makes no warranties for performance of materials furnished when installation or use is beyond our control. g). LIEN RIGHTS: Lane Forest Products, Inc. reserves the right to file a lien on any property where materials are furnished but
payment is not received. A lien may be claimed for all materials, equipment, labor and services furnished after a date
that is eight days, not including Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays, as defined in ORS 187.010, before receipt of this notice.
A property owner may be subject to a lien, even if he or she has made full payment to the contractor ordering these materials.

ii). Privacy
We will not sell, distribute, or generally make available to any third parties any personally identifying information without your express, voluntary consent (also known as 'opt-in'). Aggregated Information (information that does not personally identify you), however, may be used in many ways. As one example, we may combine information about your usage patterns with similar information obtained from other users to learn which pages are visited most or what features are most attractive. Aggregated Information may occasionally be shared with our advertisers and business partners, but cannot be used to contact you individually. We may also disclose your information in response to a court order,
at other times when we believe we are reasonably required to do so by law,
in connection with the collection of amounts you may owe to us,
and/or whenever we deem it appropriate or necessary to
give such information to law enforcement authorities.
